WSL2 and VPNs such as GlobalProtect

So I've been struggling getting network connectivity with WSL when running a VPN.

Back in the time of Windows 10, the script at https://github.com/deanmcniven/wsl2-vpn-support used to work. With Windows 11, not so much.

Today, I once more hit that issue and found: https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/issues/10380#issuecomment-1909996792 (thanks Eli Abramson). And, yes, this really works (actual MSFT blog post: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/commandline/windows-subsystem-for-linux-september-2023-update/).
